  1. Feedback: Would have been better if instead of powerpoint, you had driven most of the presentation via AWS console.

  2. Very nice tutorial. As a e.g. of 2TB of Data + replica, we require 4TB of Data space, so, considering max 1.5TB of EBS size, we require 4 instances as you mentioned. Are you saying 4 EBS volumes mounted as RAIDs, or 4 EC2 instances with 1.5TB of EBS volume each? Cann't we use EFS which is elastic anyway so we dont have to worry about getting out of space.

  3. Great information, even outside of ES, I learned a TON! I mean I'm not sure I could ever justify the costs vs something like Athena + S3 but I suppose it depends on the use case, access patterns, etc..
