Build a Password Protected Website with Google App Engine + Identity Aware Proxy [Full Walkthrough]

Building and deploying a password-protected website using Google App Engine to host the site and Google Identity Aware Proxy to handle authentication.

The example uses a software documentation website (generated with Sphinx) as the site to be hosted. If you want to follow along with a site of your own, I have provided a corresponding write up and GitHub repo for reference:

  1. Great video. Interesting. Thanks. No music. Excellent. We can finally concentrate, which is impossible when there is background music. Thanks a lot.

  2. Hey Sid. Great Video. Can you please do a video that explains IAP(Identity Aware Proxy) and VDI(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure). Use case "Remote Workforce". What are the Pro's and Cons of using IAP to VDI and vice versa. I am not a Tech at all however I do understand what I see in Videos(for the most part). Millions of people are working from home and millions more will be beyond Covid-19. Does IAP give us more Mobility than VDI?

  3. Sweet vid.

Think about adding some music in the intro of the video. Hook the viewers right from the get go!

I’m excited to see how this channel develops!
