   i put the dot before the ini file too, all correct

4. At 3:56 I do not have "plugin partners" under Godaddy…please help 🙁 If I just skip that part, I have no user.ini like you do.

7. I downloaded " .user.ini " but the '.' in front of user is missing. Will that cause a problem? I have dreamweaver to edit content. How should i go about saving this with a . in front of it –> " .user.ini "

8. Really great!!!!!… very helpful… thank you my friend… had some problem with the location of "wp-config.php & .user.ini" files. once I followed the parameters to change in the "wp-config.php" and creation of the ".user.ini" files, My website is working fine now.
