Talk description:

Composer makes it incredibly easy to use open-source packages (dependencies) in your PHP projects. First we’ll look at how to install and setup Composer. Then we’ll go through some full examples of pulling in open-source dependencies via Packagist and using them in a project. Then we’ll cover how to create and manage your own private/corporate package management server (using Satis) to make it easier to share library code between your own projects and integrate it into your development workflow.
