  1. what i wanna know is, should there be anything in there, like i have 3 ip address in the list and i don't recall adding them. could it be the opencart website or the wordpress websites automatically adding themselves? but they are not domain name they are ip addresses.

But what I can't figure out and have been searching endlessly for is how would you take a Java app which uses JDBC to connect to database, and allow anyone on the internet to connect to that database which your app is using, remotely? Currently I have PHPMYADMIN running in local host, and also use sql workbench
