  1. DREAMHOST SUPPORT TEAM IS AWFUL, I DONT RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE. MAKE USE OF OTHER HOSTING COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHE

  2. Instead of shared hosting, a VPS is much of a better option for PHP apps. Shared hosting has serious security vulnerabilities and performance issues. Whereas with VPS, you get dedicated server and scaling option. If you don't know how to setup a VPS and install PHP on it, you can use Cloudways PHP hosting platform where OS, stack and composer comes pre installed.

  3. Good video. I've been with Dreamhost since 2006 and been pretty happy with them. The only thing they need work on is the process of renewing domain names if you have more than one. You need to renew them one at a time, and you have to wait almost an hour before renewing the next one. If you don't they'll think the first payment is a credit and use it for the second payment, making you miss your first one. It's really exasperating.
