  4. So when it runs while under 'digital ocean' is it 'considered' up and running and you are being billed for that up-time ?? As a hobbyist would this be the right way to go ?

I am not able to type anything below I'm listening on port 8080 second thing if I run localhost/8080/index.html it gives me nothing it says This site can't be loaded or in firefox it says unable to connect… I rechecked code it's fine… what is the problem I am facing? I also tried different ports but no output in browser
